Position Title : Sales & Marketing Executive 

Department   :  Sales & Marketing 

Reporting To : Sales & Marketing Manager 

Responsibilities:

  • To maintain good rapport and relationship with all purchasers and agents.
  • Answering enquiries from purchasers and agents.
  • To attend to all sales enquiries, including walk-in customers, telephone and registrant by providing relevant information about the product and the project, and also to follow up through with all necessary procedures and documents to conclude deals.
  • Understand the products well and able to present and provide professional advices to assist customers to make decision for purchase of property, loan procedure and etc.
  • To assist in housing loan application and ensure smooth signing of Sales & Purchase Agreement and Loan Agreement and etc.
  • Ensure the sales gallery is always at tip top condition.
  • To carry out market survey of all competitors, compile and prepare market survey reports.
  • Undertakes any other tasks and assignments as directed by the superior.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in related field
  • Preferably experienced in Sales and Customer Service.
  • Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Mandari

Position Title : Internship – Accounts

Department   : Accounts

Reporting To : Accounts Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Performing day-to-day accounting operations
  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable tasks such as processing invoices and following up
    on outstanding payments
  • Assist key in data into Accounting System and reconciling accounts
  • Contact customer and follow up customer payment collection
  • Assist your team members on any other ad hoc assignment

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance / Accountancy
  • Basic understanding of accounting and financial principles
  • Preferably 3 – 6 months internship program
  • Willing to work in Jalan Ampang, Kuala Lumpur
